Shipping Information

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is subject to the carrier's operations and policies.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the shipping packaging

We will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.
